ps. I first went key hunting and found that 97531 is a
temporary registration key. The official key that worked
for me was by the way 75277785 but as i was not sure that
this key would work for you I did the patch

CodePad is a fully capable text editor with Copy/Paste,
Drag/Drop, and Print/Preview capabilities similar to the
Notepad product from Microsoft. It can also encrypt any
file on your computer ensuring no one else has access to
the content or functionality of that file. The only way
encrypted files can be restored is through the use of the
password you used at the time of encryption. A failed
attempt simply yields a garbled result, but the original
encoded file is undisturbed and subsequent attempts can
be made.
